Welcome to the Town of Eatonville’s website
On October 24, 2016 at 3:00pm during the Hungerford RFP submittal, the Town of Eatonville received four (4) proposals. As a requirement of the RFP, two of the Development Teams included the $100,000 earnest money (Essian Construction and UP Development); while two did not (Eatonville Cultural & Growth Corporation and DCS Real Estate, LLC). Sovereign Land Company did not submit their RFP proposal, therefore, they are are no longer eligible to participate in this project.
The two that did not include a deposit and the one who did not submit their proposal yesterday (10/24/16 @ 3:00 p.m.) are considered non-responsive and will not be considered. The RFP Committee will receive the packages for review, and meetings will be set up for the RFP Committee, to meet with each of the two companies.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
