Building Department
The Building Department enforces the Florida Building Code. This Department is responsible for accepting building applications for all construction within the Town of Eatonville. Permit applications are processed through the proper departments to ensure all requirements are met and are in compliance with the Florida Building Codes.
This Department performs all building inspections for all building permits issued within the Town of Eatonville.
The Building Department issues Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Completion when all approvals are met.

- Applications can not be downloaded, applications must be pick-up at Town Hall or mailed to applicant.
