Planning Department
 Planning and Zoning Department:
The Planning Department is responsible for planning functions within the Town of Eatonville. The planning Department enforces the Land Development Code which enhances the quality of life in the Town’s vision of its community.
The Planning Department serves as liaison to the Planning and Zoning Board, Historic Preservation Board, and, Board of Adjustment in review of Variance, Special Exception, Annexation, Site Plan, etc.
