Program Overview

The Bruce & Winnie Mount Youth Scholarship Program celebrates the legacy of two of Eatonville’s devoted public servants, Mayor Bruce W. Mount and Mrs. Winnie Mount, both lifelong champions of youth, education, and service. Through this annual scholarship program, the Historic Town of Eatonville continues its commitment to nurturing young leaders and advancing access to higher education.

This scholarship is awarded to deserving high school seniors and recent graduates who reside in the Town of Eatonville and are pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited college, university, or trade institution.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant Must:

  • Be a high school senior OR a recent high school graduate (within two years) currently enrolled or accepted into college or trade school.
  • Be a resident of the Historic Town of Eatonville.
  • Hold a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Show proof of acceptance or enrollment at a college, university, or trade school.
  • Demonstrate active community involvement or volunteer service.

Submission Deadline is July 31st **Must be a current Senior in High School or an active College Student within 2 years of High School graduation.**
